I am now on my 4th HH6, they tried to get my to renew before they'd send me a replacement. Thats miss-selling right there just like PPI. I refused to renew of course but thats really a underhanded technique to cover up this massive problem.

If anyone else is having problems with their Smart Hub please can you start an new thread explaining the issue as this will make it easier for the community to offer advice and help. For the same reason I am locking this thread as it will help us to offer advice get support to those customers who are having problems if a new thread is started
