Home move question

Sorry to be so thick, but we are moving to a house with talk talk internet service and we want to move our BT phone, internet & TV there.   Do we take our actual phone handsets and what about the home hub?  The house owner is moving into our house and wants to bring their Talk Talk with them.

Just take everything with you. That includes any Openreach modem, home hub, and BT YouView box, plus your phone handsets, as they are your property.

Just follow the BT home move process. If you have any problems, then pleas post back on this forum.
