Home moving complete fail from BT

Moved house Monday (told BT 2 weeks ago I was moving) all set to go live on Monday. Guess what? Didn’t work. Called bt told wait to midnight 

waited to midnight no internet 

called tues am told the order was “stuck in the system” would try and resolve in 12 hours 

12 hours later didn’t happen

Called back this morning (55 mins on hold) told still stuck and that they “might” send a signal tomorrow. Told it probably won’t work and to call on Friday and they will organise an engineer but because it’s a Friday they won’t come to the following week.

I am an NHs doctor trying to do clinical admin for my patients in a pandemic from home and I can’t work. How do I get this solved ASAP?

Have you requested a 4G mini hub from BT to tide you over until your service is provided?
