HomeHub keeps randomly rebooting

Hi all.


I use a HomeHub (just says Model A on the back) looks like this Google image link:

We are both connected via cat 5 cable to the router, with two tablets and two mobiles on WIFI.  The internet is reasonably fast 45-55Mbps when we are on the 76  tier.  However the router will enter multiple reboot fits, where it will reboot (turn orange) then blue, and no more than 2-5minutes later will do it again.  This will happen multiple times at generally in the evening.  After a number of reboots it will settle and work fine till the next time.

Try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone using test socket

Post stats  advanced setting then technical log information

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting.

If you're seeing your connection drop regularly, it could indicate that there is a fault on the line. If you can try the steps suggested by @imjolly this will help to identify what's causing the instability on your line.
