HomeHub5 and VPN connection issue - about to cancel my contract!

I've just renewed my BT contract and upgraded to Infinity 2. Received my HH5 and the service was upgraded yesterday. HH4 no longer seems to work, so plugged in HH5 and it picked up the line ok - but my work VPN no longer works.


I am a colleague of @liamh and have seen that he has had this issue before, which is now fixed. I urgently need to get mine fixed, too.


Unfortunately @NeilO has closed the thread where this was being discussed and people were being sorted out, so I have to open this new post to make the request to get this sorted on my HH5.
