Can someone help please. My Home hub has been working perfectly (well almost) for the past 2 years. Recently I have encountered a problem. It keeps dropping the Internet, even though all the lights are green on the Hub to indicate that all is working correctly. This Internet drop affects both wireless connected and wired connections to the Hub. Some times it rights itself but other items I have to re-boot the Hub. Any ideas please?
can you post the adsl stats from your router may need to show detail to get all stats (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser and navigate to adsl or use a-z) and run btspeedtester http://speedtester.bt.com and post the results. Someone may then be able to offer assistance
