Homehub 5b reset/loss of sync

Hi all,

 

recently started using the homehub 5b and i noticed last night it had reset and resynced without my intervention. I checked the logs: 

 

these are from TR069 which are happening egzactly every night at the same time, not sure what these are, and why are they hapening every night?

i havent lost any speed as yet, but im wondering what the heck is going on?

totally unprovocked attack - is this DLM showing off a bit ?

Hi @jsac Sorry you are experiencing loss of sync with your broadband connection. 

 

Have you noticed if the hub lights change colour when this happens?

 

As it happens at the same time every night have you checked if there are any devices that are connected to a timer that activates around the same time?
