Have you tried a powerdown of the hub? or trying a different ethernet cable?
The link John gave was for Live Chat, not the mods. The only problem is that Live Chat mainly deal with accounts and orders.
The helpdesk number that you gave is the best choice.
Yes, I've powered down and tried multiple cables- and multiple hardware BT Vision, laptop, smart BluRay player etc
Have you tried a factory reset, as its possible that the user.ini file has got corrupted?
That file is executed on startup, and maps out the Ethernet ports, and lots of other things as well.
Factory reset didnt work 😞 Any other ideas or is Helldesk my only option?
If you are sure that your Ethernet cable or network port are not faulty, then it looks like the helpdesk.
Have you tried using a different computer? Also check that your Ethernet port on you computer has not been disabled, its very easy to do by accident.
Look under network connections for your Ethernet card, and make sure its not got a cross through it.
