HH4 Orange flashing light - tried everything, please help!

yes apologies, seems we're finally talking to each other in the right place.

i am connected directly through a filter to the NTE5 master socket. it is the only socket in my property.

i am using wifi extenders, i got sent them with my package. i have the extender's ethernet cable going into my youview tv box.

i'm trying to get hold of a phone in order to check the quiet line test. i'm expecting the line to be fine however.

for the troubleshooting/logs part I'm hoping you are referring to the below

diagnostic tests show a 14.37 download speed with no problems with my service at this time.

when i arrived back from work today, the hub went down as soon as i walked in. this can be seen from the logs see below, however it seems to have got itself working more quickly than usual

Have you tried using the hub in the test socket with the wireless extenders disconnected and see if that helps stability

Yes I have tried that. Suffering the same issues again today. Anyone got anymore possible solutions or answers?? Or am I just going to have to put up with this abysmal BT service until my contract ends.

DSL/ETHoA/PPPoA all going down after maybe 15mins of being up.

Event logs saying lots of "blocked packets" because of "icmp relay"

I have changed the lease times but that's done nothinf

blocke packets are just the firewall and not cause of dropped conenction

if still dropping then you need to get engineer visit as you appear to have covered everything you can

Same issue I'm having. BT problem they apparently can't fix... great service. At a guess some infrastructure is configured incorrectly. Probably due to arrive here getting fibre upgrade and them trying to manage the loading.

Interesting, are you experiencing the exact same problems? Where I live isn't in line for fibre so I'm not sure that's the issue here.

Does anyone have any tips for getting an engineer call out in the most stress free way possible? Would rather not spend 4 hrs on the phone if at all possible.

Would getting a new router potentially solve any of this too?
