Re: Homehub rebooted - Now have 30MB instead of 70Mb speed

The engineer improving cabling anywhere is certainly not a bad thing though, so maybe he just checked everything he could both at the cabinet and exchange while he was on the job?

By speed I really meant both speed and reliability/stability.

If something somewhere was resulting in additional noise/interference on the copper section between the cabinet and home then that could cause problems with the broadband. That section is carrying both your voice calls signal and broadband signal on different frequencies.

Looks normal, you are getting max sync rates anyway. I wish I had your line!

Hi All,

It looks like the issue has been solved with the last engineer visit. Whatever he did appeared to have sorted it out for me and the line has been stable now for almost 6 days with no issues what so ever

I'd like to thank everyone that's helped - it's been a long running issue but i'm incredibly happy that it looks like it's solved 🙂
