Hotspot 500 flex poor data connection, keeps showing a Red colour

Hello All, I have the Hotspot 500 Flex powerline adapter kit, it's been fine until last week when my adapter, thats connected to my router started having a poor data connection, red light sometimes stays on, or flashes, this in turn gives the other adapter a poor data connection. Have checked all connections are good, swopped to different plug sockets, etc, cant reslove the issue. Any help on this matter would great. Starting to wonder if the router or line into the house has an issue.

that would not be a symptom of a line fault have you tried a factory reset of the hotspot 500

Thanks for the reply John46, carried this reset out last night, worked a treat, data light has now gone back to steady green. Completely forgot about this action. Thanks for you help on this matter.
