My elderly mum has moved recently, her bill at her new flat shows the slightly increased prices after recent price rises which I understand. She has an anytime plan at 25.94 pm with 1571 total charges equal £82.....0ver 3 mths this is approx 27.00 per month this quarter......similar usage to last quarter so why oh why must she now pay 44.00pm she's a pensioner always paid on time but cannot afford this. She cannot afford to pay 44.00 and then be told in 3 months she is in credit! Have tried to get online chat but cannot get a response as they are so busy. She is worrying now how can I stop the increase?
