I am so fed up with the poor quality of service I have been receiving from BT since they upgraded (ha,ha,ha) their e-mail system last year. I don't want to pay any more money to BT for this load of rubbish so I want to downgrade from Premium to Basis e-mail, where I understand I can still keep and use my @btinternet.com e-mail address. Can anyone advise me how I do this please, as I cannot find instruction anywhere on the BT website.
