I had an openreach engineer show up unexpectedly on the 17th 2 days ago.
Lucky I was in and not at work like a normal person?!? Absolute joke and shambles this service so far. Atleast text me or check that I'll be in first?
Anyway he said it should work within 48 hours. So if its not fixed by 4PM today thats 48 hours up...
I have very little faith it will. The light is purple which signals there's no line.
I'll let you know if it does though. Fingers crossed
