How Much Will It Cost To Cancel Everything?

Hi All,

I'm seriously considering cancelling my complete BT service, i.e. my phone line, infinity and TV package and I'd like to know exactly how much it will cost me to cancel. I'm at various stages in contracts across the services and the details provided at www.bt.com/contracts are far from clear.

I have the following services - contract expiry dates in brackets

BT Line (paid line rental saver £141 on 13/02/2014)

Evening and Weekend Calls £2 add-on

BT Infinity2 (contract ends 12/08/2014)

BT TV Entertainment (contract expires 02/03/2015)

As far as I can deduce:

I won't get any refund on the line rental saver

I'm at the end of my Infinity contract, so there should be no fee for cancelling this

Cancelling the Entertainment TV package is going to cost somewhere between £25 and £35

Am I in the right ballpark with these numbers?

Re: How Much Will It Cost To Cancel Everything?

If you cancelled rather than migrate to another provider you would also incur a £30 cease charge. levied by Openreach to all ISP's which will be passed on to you as well.

This is chargeable even out of contract.
