Just done another BT speed test, this time the upload is working

Download speedachieved during the test was - 7961 Kbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4000-21000 Kbps.

hi could you post the full hub stats including connection time an connection speed please as that is needed as well as the speed test

Hi your ip profile follows your connection speed the higher your connection speed the higher your ip profile goes
