Hi. I have 2 separate BT IDs - I'm not sure why. I'd like to merge them. One has my landline and a mobile (for my son). The other has my own mobile. I'm the bill payer for both, same address. Please can someone from the BT team help make this happen, as the 2 accounts constantly confuse me, my account settings and seem unnecessary. Thanks in advance.
