I want to upgrade my broadband package to Unlimited Infinity.
Basically BT Is preventing me from upgrading my package, by Insisting that I use direct debit.
I'm not using direct debit, and I will never use direct debit.
I've been paying my BT Broadband bill online or with a paper bill, for years without a direct debit, without any problems.
Why Is It that you have to sign up for a direct debit to upgrade your package, you don't even have the option for a paper bill.
How can I upgrade my BT package without a direct debit.
