This has been going on for months now and after each phone call I'm assured that's it fixed now!! I have been refunded 3 payments and then charged in the same bill, this months bill I was charged again and no refund as promised even after an escalated complaint and a definite " That's it removed this time."
Just off the phone once again and a promise of the offline team will sort this for sure.....do I have any confidence that this is indeed going to be sorted....sadly nope!!
