Due to a damaged line in my street I was without any internet access for 21 days (Dec 10 - Jan 1).
It is now fixed and all is good.
I rang 150 on Jan 4 and was told that until the fault was "cleared" off the system, a refund could not be processed.
"I just have to wait until the fault is cleared off the system" they said.
Now Jan 9 and still no refund showing on my BT account. All the work in my street was completed on Jan 1 so the fault should have been cleared off the system by now surely?
How can I get this resolved? (Please don't tell me to call the Indian call cantre again -- it's a joke).
I'll wait until my February bill is drawn up then. Hopefully the refund will be on it.
