We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
All of my BT Mail email addresses are associated with my BT ID and appear on the "Manage your email addresses" page. However, the delete links next to the individual email addresses don't work. I just get the following message:
"Sorry, this delete feature is currently unavailable.
The feature will become available by the end of September."
Can a moderator delete them for me?
I have same problem and have followed it up to some extent. All seems a bit of a muddle.
From what I've gathered, even although the BT checker claims my *.btinternet.com email address is a 'BT Mail' address I can log into it via www.yahoo.com.
Looks to me like it's a yahoo account, but with a sort of portal through BT.
Trying to delete from yahoo.com, told to contact BT via 0845 number which doesn't exist.
Trying to delete from MyBT told can't do it.
Phoning BT help, after some investigation told not to use account for 90 days it will go away.
Incidentaly, yahoo.com account has my name, address, postcode etc.
I need method to be assured that deleting account will erase it on BT, Yahoo and also delete any associated Yahoo account.
