How do I delete the old T-mobile profile?

Hi,


So I thought I'd be clever and but an android phone cheapo

since then its been nothing but trouble setting up.

( that's becuase  I 'm a new android user - the phone is best for an expert  user)


Issues

Activated BT Sim comes up as T-Mobile UK -

No texts receieved for auto-set up as phone not recognised by BT

Resolved:

Manual Setup APN done
connect to wifi-BT-fon done

to be more clear :

I have 2 APN :

1)T-Mobile UK
2)Bt Mobile

clearly I'd like to have the 1 Profile
trouble is the T-Mobile is the default
no way to discard or delete.

Also the Data Usage is tied to T-Mobile UK

Shall I just leave it alone ?

BT Sim picked up T-mobile Network

Manually added BT Mobile 

Now I have 2 , can I remove the T-Mobile or reconfigure?

Also Data Usage is tied to T-Mobile

I'm not sure what that means exactly 

Have it turned off , but may wish to enable at a future date.
