How do I downgrade my broadband package?

Hi,

 

I have tried ringup, using the chat and using the online website and nobody and not channel has helped me to downgrade my package (I am out of contract)

 

How can I do this, I dont want to waste another 2-3 hours of my life on trying to do this and getting nowhere!

Call the BT Options Team 0800.800.030 and tell them that you are out of contract and that you are considering leaving but you are interested in hear what is on offer on all the packages. 

 

They might offer you a reasonable deal to stay on the package you all ready have but if not they should be able to offer you a new "downgraded" package.
