How do I escalate?

Three weeks without service.....8 promised resoultion dates, 8 missed resolution dates - passed from BT to OpenReach, backwards and forwards.  Two OpenReach engineers visits..escalated to leve 3 but still getting nowhere....confirmation today that they will  send another engineer tomorrow...perhaps.

 

Help.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
