I left BT several years ago and thought that my email addresses would be deleted, permanently.
Despite many calls, chats, etc, with assurances that it had been done, nothing has happened.
I was told 30 days, then told 90 days and then told 90 days after you stop polling the accounts.
It is now 12 months, since I had access and still, when I send an email to one of the accounts nothing is coming back which means they still exist!
How can I ensure they are deleted? Please.
