How do I get the IP Profile reset? It's stuck :(

Hello,

 

Had our Broadband installed 4 days ago, estimated speed was 17meg...

 

We are only getting 8.9meg at the moment, the IP Profile has stayed the same since I pluged the hub in 4 days ago. The speed we are getting is consistantly 8.9meg- which is as fast as an IP Profile of 9000 supports.

 

Tried phoning Technical Support (India) and they wanted me to go through the rigamorole of resetting the hub, restarting PC etc which wont reset the profile as it is an exchange issue.

 

The woman nextdoor is with BT and always receives well over 17meg...

 

 

So how do I go about getting the IP Profile reset?

you can contact the mods or just wait for the 3/5 period which you are more than halfway through.

 

the mods will probably get back to your in a few days

by the time your request will get to top of list you will have completed your 5+ days and it will probably have reset on it's ownSmiley Wink

 

I don't think it's stuck but if it is at least you are already in mod queue
