How do I verify my account to activate and view my online billing?

Hi,

 

Can someone help me resolve a problem I've had since November 2013.

 

Back then I signed up to continue my email facility with btinternet.com.

 

I am therefore charged £1.60 a month.

 

Each month I have recieved an email headed "ACTION REQUIRED: Activate and view your BT bill online".

 

Unfortunately, however, I never did this when I should have done (ie, at the start) and now I'm stuck since I don't have any paper docs with my account number on and I have moved house so any postal address BT has on file is out of date.

 

I can't be the first person this has happened to so what is the best way to resolve this?

 

I've checked my bank statment per your help suggestions, however, the only info appearing is BT Group Plc and no a/c no.

 

Any suggestions to resolve this since the only option in the monthly email is one of "sending a letter to your home address", which is now out of date.
