How do you cancel add ons on BT mobile?

I'm looking but cannot see how to cancel add ons for BT mobile on my account?

Just login to MyBT and select the mobile you wish to change. Then  select addons. Then deselect your addon and proceed to checkout.

@Keith_Beddoe nope don't see any add on just gives me the option to add them not remove. Yet it shows up on the BT mobile app

Do you just have one mobile number, as you have to select the one you want to change?

What I described is what I see, with two separate mobile numbers.

I have 4 mobile's on my account and I've selected the relevant one, it shows on the BT mobile app, but not online.

Are you on a family SIM package, then that may be different?

Nope not on the family sim package

I have no idea then, all you can do is to try and ring BT Mobile.

On my account, the option only shows to buy addons, but once you progress to the second screen, you can then see what you already have, and are given the option page that I posted earlier.

So it so easy to add them on, but come to remove them, it's impossible.

I'm not going to call, as they say this is for urgent and vulnerable customers only
