How do you get up live chat. Need to contact BT re direct debit

I've been trying to get through to complaints for 2 weeks now as I've had 2 bill increases, I keep getting cut off they won't answer any questions just dink you, 12 phone calls cut off 12 times just when they are about to tell me, BT are **bleep** even worse customer care
