I get this error every single time, no matter what time of day:
'The system is currently busy. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider'
Here is the results from the speedtester, these SEEM good. But the problem with the connection is the CONSTANT spiking. One minute it'll be fine, then we will be on ancient 15 year old AOL, then it'll be fine again.
