Why am I still waiting to receive my joining cheque for £30 when the broadband etc went live on 12 February?

You should receive your cashback cheque with in 45 days of your Broadband service going active.
Did you claim the cashback using the link - https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/cashback/
Hi Paddyb yes I did use that link - I ordered the loaded mastercard on the same day which I received but unfortunately no sign of the cheque for £30 and it is now much more than the 45 days specified. I have also queried this on the livechat and had a text message back from a representative called "Asha" but when I re-used that BT number to text through a query as to the progress of my enquiry i was told that i would be contacted back within two hours - this has never happened! I am altogether annoyed as i feel that I have been conned. Dogwalker 10

Hi @Dogwalker10 Thanks for confirming that for me. I've emailed the promotions team to chase this for you. Normally it takes 3-4 working days for them to get back to us and I'll update you as soon as I hear back.
Hi @Dogwalker10 I've received confirmation from the promotions team that they have manually processed the cheque for you and this will be with you within the next 30 days.
