I took BT up on a broadband upgrade offer to my FTTP package but was not happy with the speeds after completion.
I did an online request to revert back to my old package/contract within the 14 day period and received an acknowledgment DCR Cancel Order email but have heard nothing since and am still on the upgraded package. How long does it normally take as that was on the 14/02/20, should I have heard by now ?

For information I had to do a chase up email on the 28/02/20 before I heard by email on the 03/03/20 that my request would be actioned on the 04/03/20, and it has been. Wonder if I will still be charged for the period between request and action!
Also find it odd that they didn't contact me to ask why I wanted to cancel during the 14 day period.
