Ten days ago I moved from Plusnet to BT. All is going fine, but the downstream speed is sitting at 52 mbps and hasn’t changed since day 1 and I had around 62 before, with Plusnet (I have several readings of arounf 60 on wifi). I know the line is supposed to take a bit of time to settle, but I haven’t noticed any speed changes. Having Infinity2 and only getting 52 seems a bit pointless 🙂
Do I need to do anything to ask BT to try a higher speed?

Thanks. I've started in Infinity 2, but obviously it is a waste at 52.

VDSL Range B (Impacted) 56.5 35
I’m on holiday at the moment 🙂 so I can’t post hub data.
and I know I can get (at least) 62 as I had that for the last 18 months with plusnet.
