Re: How many attempts at fixing my slow speed do BT need?

your noise margin seems a bit high at 13 as normal about 6 but your line appears stable with a connection time of over 3 days.  your profile is abviously stuck at 135 as should have changed by now so I suggest you email the mods for assistance with your account and phone number and a link back to this thread forum.moderation.team@bt.com

Re: How many attempts at fixing my slow speed do BT need?

Thanks for your help - I'll do as you suggest, perhaps the mods can get things moving a bit quicker than the BT Helpdesk chaps! I'm pretty fed up after a month of 135k download speed.

Re: How many attempts at fixing my slow speed do BT need?

BT have scheduled an engineer to look at the exchange / outside line on Monday, and I've not had a reply to my email to the mods, but this morning I find that my profile has suddenly gone up from 135kbs to 2000kbs - i.e. the speed it should be running at!
