How to cancel Britbox trial?

To stop the auto-renewal of your BritBox account, log in to My BT.

Useless reply, there is not a direct link to cancel britbox and I have been looking for nearly 30 mins

Login to my BT select your products scroll down the page the option to cancel should be next to the Xbox trial.

I've just gone into my account to cancel the Britbox subscription and I cannot locate the option anywhere on my account. It's not next to the Xbox subscription as someone suggested. Please can you help?
