How to change smart hub delivery address

I have a new Infinity order in progress and have made several calls to BT to change the delivery address (my current one) of a smart hub to my address where a new phone line and broadband will be activated. In spite of verbal assurances this has been done, Track My Order after over a week from my initial call still shows the old address. How please can I get confirmation where the hub will be delivered and change it if necessary?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

If the order is 'in flight' we can't change the delivery address, sorry about that.
