How to claim Amazon Echo!?

We moved and upgraded our broadband package to super fast fibre plus and were told we could get a free amazon echo. How do I claim this? I’ve read online that I should get an email within two weeks of activation but haven’t received anything - our broadband was activated on the 30th September so it’s definitely been more than two weeks now!

Have ofc checked spam etc. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received any information on your free gift yet. What date did you place the order? Have you received order confirmation emails in the past? I just want to make sure we have the correct email address for you.

i got an order confirmation email on the 11/09, and I received several update emails both to confirm the engineer visit and then to confirm everything is ready to go. Service was installed and working as of 30/09.

If its like the other gift offers, you have to wait 30 days after activation, to receive a voucher code to be used on the BT Shop.
