Can anyone help with my issue? I have had a BT email acount "myname@btinternet.com" for years. It is still on the BT Yahoo service having never been migrated.
I was told when I terminated my BT Broadband service to vist "http://www.bt.com/keepmyemail". I can do this and enter in my details and I get the message: "We can't place your order to move to BT Premium Mail as you're already a BT Broadband customer with free email. If you need further help with this, please call us on 0800 800 150, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 6pm"
I spoke to one of the advisors online and they told me to contact the "Premium Mail Help Desk" on 0808 100 6778
Knowing the time it take to get through on the phone and that this is a premium rate number (?) I though I would ask here first. Is the reason I can't sign up to premium mail at the moment because I am still part way through a billed and paid for month or is it that it is BT Yahoo or both?

0808 is a freephone number

All 080 calls are free.
You are not offered/eligible for the online system to move your email service onto Premium email until terminate your present service. Once that is done you will be offered the link in your MyBT.
