My ex partner is harassing me by calling my landline up to 40 times during the night! I have had to change my mobile number so I need to change my land line number. The police are now involved and I do have a crime ref number. I have got caller display so I just don't answer the calls, but its constantly ringing. Other call features that are offered wont work as he sometimes calls me from a withheld number and I need to answer these calls sometimes. I cant find any information, or any numbers that I can contact BT on to get my number changed. Can anyone help?
