How to revive support?

https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/I-watched-it-get-worse-before-my-very-eyes/... applies.

I was called by "Patrick" and as I was going away for 7 days we agreed to see what happened and he would call back on 22/6/17.

Getting back I see the speeds decllining day by day and that the HH6A rebooted itself 3 times in the 7 days and then once yesterday. The subject line says it all: how can I revive the conversation?

Re: How to revive support?

But I can't reply to the PM as you don't have PM turned on!

I am both bobdanbh and lukudav though, having got myself into a password muddle some time ago.

Re: How to revive support?

You can reply to a PM sent to you by the mods.

What you cannot do is initiate first contact via PM.
