How to stop Auto Forwarding email on BT Yahoo

Hi,  last year I set up my main email address to auto forward all mail to a sub account (I can't remember how I managed to do this!).

However, I now want to stop this autoforwarding (mostly beacuse I am being spammed constantly) and I can't figure out how to do it.

Can anyone help please? Thanks.

Log onto your email account, go to settings (cog icon) and scroll to "Options"  scroll to "POP and Forwarding" and delete the email address, click "save".

I don't seem to have "Options" under the cog? I've attached a screenshot, am I in the right place?

Okay, I found the POP/ Forward bit, but it doesn't show that the mail is being forwarded to my other address?

Not wishing to be patronising but are you logged onto the correct account. It is the main account that you log onto.

Could it have anything to do with the fact that my account was moved over to BTMail when I set this up and now it is back to BTYahoo?

With BT anything is possible. Your forwarding should have moved with it but obviously it would appear not to have. I doubt there is anything forum members will be able to do for you so I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem.

Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. Once you have replied to them by the link, it can at present take up to five working days for them to re-contact you.
