I have found this questions asked several times before but I could not find a clear solution anywhere.
It appears BT are doing their best to make it as difficult as possible for people.
I have tried the link where it is impossible to log in and I have tried in vain to find where in the BT site I can opt out?
Could someone explain how I can find the page to opt out?

Hmm interesting... I found the page and discovered I had never opted in !.. so that's interesting because my hub has been transmitting wifi for years!
I am going to wait a couple of hours and then opt out and see what happens.. I have gathered that the opt out can take several weeks to take effect so I guess we'll see what happens.
The default is to be opted in.

Now when I try to opt out and get this message:
"Sorry something's gone wrong
There's been a problem while processing your request.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly."
I may start a new thread as now I have a new issue.
