Hub issue

Go to solution
Hi
Every time I try and download a large file the homehub goes orange and drops connection. The device I’m downloading on is connection by wifi. It’s fine when I just browse the internet etc.

The logs report wl1.Device-device ID- was disconnected on SSID (Device/WiFi/SSIDs/SSID[WL-Priv2G
This repeats for all
Devices including those on 5Ghz

DHCP Confirmation or request
The LAN DHCP server is Inactive

Wl0:IGMP join received for group 224.0.1.156
Ppp1:WAN DHCPv6 :statefull
right before the disconnect

As soon as I cancel any file transfer all the WiFi devices start reconnecting one by one

Welcome to this user forum.

Try using an Ethernet connection instead.

Or

Try the usual fixes for the home hub, in this order.

factory reset the home hub.

Then turn Smart Setup off.

Then separate and rename the SSIDs again.
