Hub restarting daily :(

Hi i am on Infinity 2 was all fine untill i ordered the Home HUb 6 i was getting a steady 72 Mb/s download speed  after a week on the new Home hub 6 it kept restarting daily..  So i swapped back to the Home Hub 5 and thats doing it every day now 😞  My speed has gone from 72 Mb/s to barely  16 Mb/s Down and 6 Mb/s up  i am really upset because i cant hardly play games and cant watch most video unless i pay it in low settings 😞   the help desk says this

Have you tried the quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 you should hear no noise if you can hear noise then it needs reporting to BT faults on 151 with no mention of broadband in the call
