Just upgraded from BT Broadband to BT Infinity. When on regular broadband I was able to get into my Homehub 3 settings and get the hub stats (noise margin, attenuation, errors etc), but since upgrading to BT Infinity (<24 hrs ago) I can only get the online duration and no other information.
I still have the original Homehub 3.
Is this the norm or am I doing something wrong?

This is normal, alas. The line stats for FTTC belong to the openreach provided modem which is supplied locked.
If the modem is a Huawei HG612 you can fairly easily unlock it; just google for details. If you really want to splash out, you can buy a combined VDSL modem/router, but I think that's around £150 or more.
If you don't want to mess with the Openreach modem, or have another model of modem, you can buy an HG 612 on ebay for around £15 inc postage and unlock that.
The modem is a Huawei HG612. Haven't googled yet to learn how to unlock the modem.
I have 2 questions if I do manage to unlock it :-
1) Would there be any repercussions with BT Openreach if I do unlock it?
2) Are the stats obtained using the same process? ie through the hub settings
