Hub update

Not long been with bt, and so far very few problems that i havent been able to handle myself, however this morning at 1 am i lost connection, never encountered this before so naturally i was concerned, to cut it short, i have found out i was receiving hub updates, fair enough, but surely at least a 5 mins warning would have been nice i was in the middle of emailing, however the updates have done me proud, my pc is slightly faster, better signal strength, perhaps due to the fact my channel has been changed from 7 to number 1, am i right in assuming that the channel change was due to the update

If there are any updates they normally take place between midnight and 6am the time of minimum usage that is why it is recommended that the hub be left on 24/7

Just checked my HH2 settings page and it seems that it reset itself 1 day 23 hrs ago ???

I wonder if this was an upgrade.

The wireless channel is the same and nothing else seems to have changed.

My hub 2A has never upgraded  the only upgrade I am aware of for hub2 was when the B version appeared
