I have also posted a message on the 'wall' of BT UK Facebook today in the hope that I can get some attention.
All I want to do is carry out the agreement we arranged for today and then re-set a payment plan just for September and start the direct debit in October. I have an agreement in place. However, the person I spoke to at the Indian call centre this morning was absolutely hopeless, obstructive and no help at all!
Time is running out. Does anyone know how to contact OFCOM? Is it worth talking to my MP or maybe the BBC about how useless BT is?
