I believe I've been mis sold my product

When I negotitated my new contract I was told I would have Sky Sports as part of it. When i try to watch a Sky Sports channel on my Youview box it says I haven't set the channels up yet. I'm scared to do this in case it results in another charge. Also wasn't told I would lose BT Sports on my new contract.

Looking at my TV package I see no mention of SkySports, only the Now TV entertainments package. I'm really concerned I've been sold a package under false pretences.

For Sky Sports and BT Sports, you want the Big Sports pack, which also includes the NowTV entertainment channels.

No it doesn't, big sport is freeview, bt sport & sky sports. The ent pass can be bought for 8.99 above it.

It only mentions Now Entertainment. No mention of SkySports. I need to speak to somebody about this but it's a nightmare trying to get through

I actually got through to them pretty quickly. There's either been a misunderstanding at my end or they've got it wrong. Either way u don't have Sky Sports as part of my package. They are going to listen to a recording of my conversation with their salesperson.
