How are you trying to log on. Is ith through your MyBT or are you using the direct email log on page as per this link

BT Email 

Are you entering the account user name manually or are you letting your browser populate it automatically?

Have you checked via your MyBT to see which email account you have listed as your "favourite"?

When you get logged onto the email account you want to see showing at the foot of the left hand column below your list of folders?

Do you see "My Account" at the top of the left hand column above your list of folders. Have you tried clicking on it?

(1) I log on manually.
(2) I clicked on your link and was immediately taken to the mail of one of my other names, and not to my mail.
(3) I've just gone to MyBT https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/home  and from there I went to https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/packages

 (4) That took me to https://my.bt.com/appsconsumeraccount/secure/manageEmailAccounts.do?accKey=24185617 

This is the screen headed 'Manage your email' - see snip below - but it doesn't take me to my mail. What should I do next please?

PS I had this error message: Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.

It was highlighting my links. I hope you see my links correctly.

If the link I posted took you to one of your email accounts without you doing anything it would appear that your browser is automatically adding the email address and password. 

You should go into your browser's settings and then stored passwords and delete the on that is showing for your secondary email account.

You should also clear the history and cookies for your browser. When doing that ensure you select the option "From All Time".

The alternative is that you over write the email address that is showing with the one that you want.

Thanks for your suggestion @gg30340 .  I'm still being taken to one of my other email accounts instead of to mine.

I can't find where passwords are stored on my laptop and where I clear my cookies etc there's no "From All Time". 🤔

Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner, then click on History.  When the History box opens, click on the three dots in that box then click on 'Clear browsing data'. In the 'Time Range' drop down box select 'All time' , tick all the other boxes and then click on 'Clear now'.

@licquorice  Hi. I followed your instructions. They were very clear, by the way, but when I signed in again to my Email it still took me to the Mail box page for the same name I added and not to mine. 🙄

Try closing Edge and then re-open it to make sure everything has been deleted properly and then try again with the direct link to the email login page
