I can't connect to my PC from aboard

Hi.

I can't connect to my web cam from aboard - cud BT block my external IP?

I have sane other services with I connect remotely and from UK working very well but form eg. France not.

In my former ISP any services worked very well form any place in Europe.

Any suggestion?

The chances are it's a firewall somewhere blocking the incoming connection.  The BT Home Hub has a built-in firewall, and needs to be configured to allow incoming connections.

Yes, but I have no problems with connect form other ISP in UK.

But problem is when I'm aboard.
